Assoc. Prof. Manit Jumpa, Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University, analyzed the impeachment petition regarding the audio clip of a conversation with Samdech Hun Sen. He stated that while the Prime Minister's statement may have little weight, it is still acceptable. He added that it is important to keep an eye on whether new evidence, if it can strengthen the case, could potentially evade him.
